·  HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO LEASE A HORSE?

We provide the opportunity to lease a horse for a month, giving you the chance to enjoy 8 rides during that time. You have the flexibility to either select one horse to ride throughout the entire month or try different horses during your rides. It's essential to note that regardless of your choice, making a reservation is mandatory for each ride. This ensures that the horse you prefer is available and allows you to adequately time to prepare the horse for the best possible experience. To secure your desired time slot, we kindly request that you make advance reservations.

·  DO I FEED THE HORSE I LEASE OR TAKE CARE OF IT’S OTHER NEEDS?

Apologies for the confusion. In the case of leasing a horse for a month with 8 rides, we take care of all aspects concerning the horse's well-being. This includes veterinary care, necessary shots, shoeing, and feeding. You are not responsible for these matters, and they are no cause for concern on your part. Your only obligation is to pay the lease fee, and we handle all the necessary care and maintenance of the horse. This ensures that you can focus solely on enjoying your rides without any additional worries.

·  AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR SADDLING AND UNSADDLING MY OWN HORSE?

Absolutely, at this stage, you will be encouraged to learn and manage your horse and tack. While we are here to provide assistance if needed, the ultimate goal is for you to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to work towards owning your own horse. Part of the process involves taking responsibility for the care, handling, and maintenance of the horse and its equipment. This hands-on experience will help you gain a deeper understanding of horsemanship and prepare you for the responsibilities that come with horse ownership. We are committed to supporting you throughout this journey as you work towards achieving your goal.

DO I NEED MY OWN SADDLE AND TACK?

there is no requirement for you to have your own saddle. We provide tack, including saddles and helmets, for your use. However, if you have your own saddle that is safe for both you and the horse, you are welcome to bring and use it during your rides. It's important to prioritize the safety and comfort of both rider and horse.

Additionally, our ranch offers five tack rooms that are available for use. These rooms provide storage for tack and equipment, ensuring that everything is organized and easily accessible for riders. You can feel confident that we have the necessary facilities to accommodate your needs and provide a safe and enjoyable horseback riding experience.

·  WHAT KIND OF LESSONS DO YOU TEACH: ENGLISH OR WESTERN?

We offer a unique blend of English and Western riding instruction, catering to a diverse range of equestrians. Our lessons incorporate both styles, utilizing Western saddles, headstalls, and riding techniques.

As part of the curriculum, We teach direct reining, commonly associated with English riding, as well as posting at the trot, another fundamental English riding technique. These skills form the foundation of our lessons, providing students with a solid introduction to horseback riding.

However, our instruction extends beyond the basics. Alongside the essential techniques, students can expect to learn a variety of advanced skills and concepts as they progress. By combining elements from both English and Western disciplines, we create a comprehensive learning experience that fosters a well-rounded understanding of horsemanship. Whether you are a beginner or have prior experience, our lessons aim to develop your riding abilities and expand your knowledge in a supportive and engaging environment.
